UK Customers – Shipping We strive to send all orders out the day of purchase on a next day/1st class service if ordered before 2pm, via Royal Mail or Courier, Mon-Fri, unless advised otherwise via email due to stock etc. Overall package weight will determine the postage price & service, which will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 2pm Friday & over the weekend (Sat/Sun) will be processed on the next working day.

Customers Ordering From Holland, Germany & Belgium – Shipping If you are buying from outside the UK, please continue to the checkout. The site checkout will automatically take your order and calculate a flat rate delivery charge, which is not always a true representation of what will be charged. We advise selecting the “Direct Bank Transfer” option which will take no payment straight away, but will advise us of your order, so a correct delivery charge can be calculated & forwarded as quickly as possible. If you are ordering from outside the UK you will be entitled to the removal of UK VAT, this will be done via a separate invoice. On arrival of your order at your selected destination you will be charged custom charges, which we will be unable to advise on the amount charged to yourselves.
