Here at TMR Supplies, we provide bespoke fabrication to suit your requirements. We are very competitive and offer a rapid manufacturing service to ensure a quick and efficient turnaround.
We have the ability to manufacture general sheet metal, using welding and forming techniques allowing us to offer a very competitive service.
Cutting
The process of separating a physical object into two or multiple portions. We use many cutting techniques which are listed below:
Shearing – punching & stamping | Abrading – grinding | Chip Forming – sawing & drilling | Heat – flame cutting and laser cutting
Bending
Our manufacturing process means we can produce angles commonly in sheet metal, We have a large capacity as well as the ability to make typical products like concrete moulds & boxes, electrical enclosures, rack protectors and much more!
Notching
The process which cuts stock without the formation of chips or the use of burning or melting, where if the cutting blades are straight, the process is called shearing. The most commonly sheared materials are sheet metal or plates.
Drilling
The process where a drill bit is used to cut or enlarge a hole in solid materials. The drill bit itself is a rotary cutting tool where the bit is pressed against the piece at thousands of revolutions per minute to cut through the solid material.
Welding
A fabrication process that joins metals together. This is often completed by melting the work pieces and adding a filler material to form a pool of molten material that cools to become a strong joint.
Galvanising
The process of applying a protective zinc coating to steel or iron that can prevent rusting. We use typical methods to ensure protection for your steel or iron.
